DELIVERY SPECIFICATION

After payment, your purchase will be delivered by logistics in 3-7 working days (excluding the holiday).

• Scheduled Delivery:
  You need to finish your purchase before 4 days from scheduled date. And you can indicate whether you want to get your products morning or afternoon, but cannot choose the specific time slot.
• Move it Upstairs:
  If you need this service, please mention it when you purchase. If the logistic cannot reach the floor, we will have the product receive by gateman.
  In delivery, there is only one logistic worker, so the worker will assess whether can transport or not.
  If your house is single-family house or town house, according to the rule from logistics that cannot enter the private house, so it won’t have this service.

The mattresses in stock will be delivered in about 7-14 working days (the bedding set will be more than 14 working days).

• No Scheduled Delivery:
  Due to the product would be arranged the delivery route by logistics, then the logistic worker will have a home installation service.
• Inquiry in stock:
  Our pocket-spring mattresses and bedding set all are freshly made, not huge inventory. Yoy can make a call to make sure whether the product is in stock before you purchase.
• After your purchase item arrive to distribution center, the worker will contacted for follow-up step.
• Recycle: There is no recycling service, please contact local cleaning squadron (0800-085-717).

• We have domestic posting service only. We are sorry that the islands district cannot be delivered.
• If there is the land-form that the cargo truck cannot arrive easily, we reserves the right to accept or refuse any order.
• If you live in an apartment with elevator, we will transport your purchase by elevator.
  Or if you live in apartment with staircase, we transport your purchase up to third floor.
• We had considerate the transport problem when the mattresses be manufactured, the proper bending will not break the mattresses.
• We do not have any artificial hanging service.
• Please make sure the dimensional range of stair and entrance. If you need to return or use the hoist, the charge should be paid by customers.
• To avoid any controversy, please check the products whether excellent without damage when it arrived.
