Warranty instructions
The series of mattress products are guaranteed by a decade warranty for normal indoor use.
EXCEPT SITUATION:
1. Natural wear, human-made and pet factors are not included.
(ex. wear and tear, stubborn stains; water-based or oil-based pen graffiti; destroyed by sharp item etc.)
2. Incorrect use or self-modification.
3. Place in an outdoor exposed or humid environment.
4. Destruction caused by natural disasters.
7. Damage caused by heat sources.
This is a normal phenomenon that after long-term use, the mattress will have 15-20% stress loss.
And this is not covered by the warranty.
Is it common that the new mattress have smell?
We use non-formaldehyde and non-toluene glue and the water-base glue is made by pure water.
There might be some vapor inside the package when you receive.
So please open the plastic packaging and keep it in ventilation as soon as you get your new mattress.
The smell of the mattress would be dissipate soon.
Can I customize my own mattress?
We offer the customize mattress so you can get the size you need.

And if the bedframe has enclosure frames, please measure the inner frame size.
How long should I change a mattress?
The life of each mattress is not necessarily the same.
We recommended you to change every 6 to 7 years, or you can test by yourself:
• Is your sleep quality getting worse than a year ago?
• Have you ever woke up because of ache all over?
• Is it much easier to have an allergy attack because of your physical conditions change?
• Does the mattress have any obviously deformed or damaged?
• Do you have a budget for replacing a new mattress?
